By booking a tour with YeHa Niagara Tours, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Summary: All bookings are confirmed upon payment. We operate in CAD and include applicable HST. You participate at your own risk.
1. Booking and Payment
A booking is confirmed once payment is received. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes (HST) are added at checkout.
2. Tour Participation & Safety
Participants must follow the guide’s instructions. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior threatens the safety or enjoyment of others. You are responsible for any damage caused to our vehicles or equipment.
3. Changes to Itineraries
We reserve the right to modify routes due to weather, road conditions, or attraction availability. We will always strive to provide an equivalent experience.
4. Liability Waiver
Participants join our tours at their own risk. YeHa Niagara Tours is not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft of personal property unless caused by our direct negligence. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada. Disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.
