📍 Where do your tours depart from?

Our daily small-group tours depart from Downtown Toronto. For private tours, we offer flexible pickup and drop-off anywhere in the GTA and Niagara Region, including hotels, Airbnbs, and private residences.

💰 What is included in the tour price?

Your tour includes round-trip transportation in our luxury climate-controlled vehicles, a professional local guide, and scenic stops. Attraction tickets are not included but can be easily added.

🎟️ Are attraction tickets included?

No, attraction tickets are optional. You can customize your experience by adding items like the Niagara City Cruises (Hornblower), Journey Behind the Falls, or Skylon Tower.

⏰ How long are the tours?

  • Small Group & Private Tours: 6–8 hours
  • Express Tour: Approximately 4 hours

👥 How many people are in each tour?

We believe in “Small Groups, Big Adventures.” Our Small Group tours have a maximum of 7 guests to ensure a personal experience. Private tours are exclusive to your group (up to 7 guests).

🎒 What should I bring?

  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • Weather-appropriate clothing (we operate rain or shine!)
  • A light waterproof jacket for the Falls’ mist
  • Camera or phone for photos

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

We offer Free Cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

🚁 Can I add a helicopter ride?

Yes! You can upgrade your experience with a helicopter tour over Niagara Falls. This is subject to weather and availability on the day of the tour.
