✅ Free Cancellation (24+ Hours Notice)
You can change your tour date or cancel your booking with 24 hours’ notice from the pick-up time and receive a 100% refund.
⚠️ Within 24 Hours
We cannot refund tours or change your tour date if you cancel within 24 hours of your pick-up time. While we may attempt to move your booking to another day (subject to availability), this is not guaranteed as we often sell out.
⏰ Late Arrivals
Please arrive at your pick-up location 10-15 minutes early. Tours depart strictly on time. If you miss the departure, your booking is non-refundable.
🔄 Third-Party Bookings
If you booked via Viator, GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor, or Klook, please contact their support directly. Our policy still applies, but they manage the refund process.
